Multiple structs in single manifest issue

When there are multiple structs in a single manifest the driver fails to read those types.

[BondEtwDriver] Ignore Bond types that are not parsable or have "import".

Some Bond types "import" some other types. Such bond types will be ignored.

Support custom IIS log fields now available in IIS 8

In IIS 8 you can now add custom fields in the IIS log fields such as server variables. It would be great to allow using custom event objects to support the custom fields
